Horner Brothers Print Group’s Customers Services team is led by its Relationship Managers, who are responsible for the management of each of our major contracts.

Relationship Management is instrumental in the

 success of the relationships with customers


A Relationship Manager will operate at a strategic level and will co-ordinate the implementation, monitoring, measurement and development of new contracts, to ensure a high level of service is provided.


An assigned Customer Services Team,

will operate tactically on your behalf within the business


They perform the day to day activities associated with the running of an account and are available to handle all enquiries, quotation requests and the processing of orders.
