A Relationship Manager will operate at a strategic level and will co-ordinate the implementation, monitoring, measurement and development of new contracts, to ensure a high level of service is provided. They are supported by a dedicated Customer Services Team.
They perform the day to day activities associated with the running of an account and are available to handle all enquiries, quotation requests and the processing of orders.
